"Abolishing the forint's flotation band against the euro would not lead to extreme exchange rate fluctuations, National Bank of Hungary (NBH) Governor András Simor told a meeting of entrepreneurs in Gyõr (northwest Hungary). "Cocal-Cola Beverages Magyarorszg, the Hungarian unit of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, plans to pump HUF 2.5 billion (EUR 9.93 m) in a two-year project to double mineral water bottling capacities of its NaturAqua products. The programme at Zalaszentgrót will be backed by HUF 500 million worth of EU funds. more »
