Valentine-inspired set menu on February 11, 12 and 14 at the stylish Restaurant Giardino from 7 pm. Start a romantic soirée with goose liver parfait with Tokaj gelee, dusted goose liver and cherries, followed by fillet of red mullet with sepia, celeriac and mocha jus, cleanse your palate with a basil sorbet with cucumber, elderflower and gin, then go on to enjoy low- roast tenderloin of veal on pumpkin mash, root vegetables and sauce Bordelaise. Finish your meal with a variation of white and dark chocolate and fresh raspberries.
