Fraud Uncovered At Film Foundation In Hungary
The government supervisory office KEHI has uncovered fictitious contracts at the now defunct Hungarian Motion Picture Foundation, anti-corruption website Atlatszo reports. For instance, journalist Anikó Návai twice issued invoices for consultancy services, and foundation staff collected Ft 10 million through bonuses, false work contracts, commissioning unnecessary studies and splitting awards and commission fees then leaving the organisation without being held accountable.

After KEHI filed a report regarding losses of Ft 6.2 billion, an investigation was launched into suspected misuse of funds.
