Xpat Report: TEDxDanubia 2013 In Budapest On 22 March
I came along to TedxDanubia to get a glimpse of the world, but I got the universe. I learnt about Higgs Boson, wilful blindness, sewerage of the future, protons, learning to play the piano online, ageing, beat box (Star Trek is closer than we would think!) and this was delivered by some inspirational speakers.

Nevertheless, there was one more thing I did want to know. What gets these people out of bed in the morning, what drives them?

So I asked and this is what they said: the prospect of discovery; change something in the world; passion of discovering something new; doing something useful; the curiosity about what is going on in the universe; anger, writing and “when things are difficult it makes me even more determined”.

After all this, I needed a rest, but I could not as my head was spinning with all this energy. So what gets YOU out of bed every morning?
