Cabinet On Tour In Hungary To Promote Utility Cuts
Cabinet members visited various parts of the country on Thursday to promote the government-imposed cuts in household utility bills, a topic identified by the Prime Minister as a primary theme of the Fidesz election campaign.

Administration and Justice Minister Tibor Navracsics spoke at a forum entitled Decreasing Population Burdens: Utility Rate Cuts 2013, in his home town of Veszprém, in western Hungary.

He told the gathering of about 400 people that strategic sectors may not be transferred to foreign ownership to a dangerous extent.

He stressed that the government is on the side of Hungarian citizens, rather than banks.
