Hungary's Parliament Gives Gallery, Vigadó To MMA
Parliament passed a resolution on Monday transferring the Mûcsarnok contemporary art gallery, the Pesti Vigadó concert hall and the 12th District’s Hild villa to the Hungarian Artistic Academy (MMA) free of charge.

The Mûcsarnok will be transferred to the MMA from January 1, 2014, the Pesti Vigadó on March 1, 2014 and the Hild villa on Budakeszi út – which will host an MMA research institute – next month.

The MMA is a non-governmental association formed in 1992 by 22 conservative writers, artists, architects, musicians, film-makers and photographers.
