Flavors Of The Levant – From London To Budapest
Starting next week (November 21-22) Globalist Kitchen (Globalista Konyha) is launching a series of pop-up restaurants in Budapest, inviting experienced and exciting young chefs from London to Budapest. They often come from restaurants overlooked by tourists, or where booking a table proves to be quite difficult, because the locals are enamored by the cuisine.

Why London?
Because London is simply the food capital of the world these days, from its amazing street food to its splendid Michelin-starred restaurants. You just cannot find that many excellent restaurants in any other city!
These Budapest pop-ups will offer the same delightful culinary experience as if you flew to London, minus flying on a discount airline and standing on the freezing tarmac of Ferihegy Airport.

Josh Katz the executive chef of Zest Restaurant in London has dreamt up the following menu for the event:
Amuse Bouche
Burnt aubergine soup, ptitim, lemon yoghurt & coriander
Dukkah-crusted seared salmon, beetroot purée, pickled girolle & panko egg
Duck breast, shallot and anchovy purée, purple sprouting & Harissa
Deconstructed rose Malabi
