MVM Wants Bigger Role In Mátrai Erõmû In Hungary
State energy company MVM would like to increase its stake in the Mátrai Erõmû power plant to play a more active role in it, Development Minister Zsuzsa Németh said on Tuesday. MVM has a 26% stake in Mátrai Erõmû, RWE has 51% and fellow German energy concern EnBW has 22%.

EnBW has been wanting to sell its stake for a long time, but RWE has not, Népszabadság writes.

The power generator, the largest coal-fired plant in the country, sells most of its energy to the MVM group. Sales of electricity generated Ft 91.2 billion, 96% of total revenue, in 2012.
