Hungary’s Property Developers To Complete Euro 152M Of Projects In 2014
Members of Hungary’s Property Developers Roundtable Association (IFK) are expected to construct 71,000sqm of building space with a value of 152 million euros this year, the professional group told MTI. The scale of the projects is up 41% from last year. The value has climbed 29%. But IFK said it would still take 2-3 years for the pace of business to really pick up.

The biggest project to be inaugurated this year is Futureal’s 24,000sqm Vision Towers office building that cost 60 million euros. Projects in the planning stages include Futureal’s 170 million euro, 70,000sqm Budapest One office building, and OTP Ingatlan’s 525-space underground car park.

IFK members include Ablon, AIG Lincoln, BIF, Biggeorge’s, Codic Hungary, ECE Projectmanagement, Futureal Development, Graphisoft Park, Horizon Development, OTP Ingatlan, Prologis Hungary Management, Skanska Magyarország Ingatlan, Talentis Group, Trigránit and Wing.
