Hungarian Film Wins Prize At Cannes
Film director Kornél Mundruczó’s Fehér Isten (“White God”) won the main prize at the Un Certain Regard section for innovative films at the Cannes Film Festival Friday evening. Five of Mundruczó’s six works were screened in the festival program.

The story in Fehér Isten of an aggressive gang of stray dogs is seen as a cautionary tale about the treatment of the marginalised.
