Hungarians Make New Europe 100 Innovators List
Eight Hungarians have been included on a list of 100 leaders of innovation in the region, according to Google, which helped launch the New Europe 100 list.

Hungarians on the list include Márton Anka, the founder of LogMeIn; Péter Árvai and Péter Halácsy, cofounders of presentation software company Prezi; Design Terminal chief Gergely Böszörményi Nagy; Gyula Fehér, a founder of Ustream; K-Monitor CEO Sándor Lederer; Budapest Bridge chief Veronika Pistyur; and medical researcher Bertalan Meskó.

Poland brought in the most innovative minds with 28 talents appearing on the list compiled by Res Publica in cooperation with Google, the Visegrad Fund and the Financial Times, as part of a campaign that aims to promote innovation in central and eastern Europe.
