He is almost a billionaire as his old firm, Strategopolis, a beneficiary of government contracts, owes him Ft 750 million.

In addition, Giró-Szász has a Ft 93 million savings deposit and a Ft 47 million insurance policy. He is co-owner of a 42m2 flat in Buda and has a 200m2 holiday home on Lake Balaton. He also has a Ft 30 million yacht.

Giró-Szász has sold his house in Normafa and now lives in a rented 120m2 flat in the 12th District.
