Introducing CEU Women's Soccer Club In Budapest
The CEU Women's Soccer Club was founded in 2009. While we mostly just scrimmage once a week for fun and exercise, you have a chance to play in competition twice a year at CEU Fall Sports Day and CEU Spring Picnic.

Our members are students and staff from CEU, as well as our local friends. We are a diverse group of people from around the world, with wide-ranging interests and backgrounds with one thing in common: we are women who love football. We also come from a range of skill levels and beginners are encouraged to join us.

What's the deal? We usually play once a week for an hour or hour and a half. We start with a warm up at 7 pm and some skill drills for 15 minutes and then split into two teams and play the rest of the time. All skill levels are welcome. This is an open, non-aggressive, not competition oriented group, so please expect to play nice but also to get a couple balls in the chest and head because, well, it is football.

Where is it? We play across the street from CEU Nador 11 (it's a primary school, and the 2nd floor there's a gym that CEU has the rights to use and is open everyday after 4 pm).

What to wear: We (and the sports' center) are really relaxed about code. This is indoor, so comfy sports shoes will do.

CEU and non-CEU friends want to play?
CEU students and faculty can buy a CEU yearly gym card.

Non-CEU people, looking for a friendly, English speaking sports' environment and experience, are most welcome to join the club for a fee of HUF 500 a session.
