Irish Times Publishes List Of Budapest’s Five Best Restaurants
The Irish newspaper The Irish Times has published a list of Budapest’s five best restaurants by the country’s top travel author. Reporting on the open-air Gourmet Festival held in Budapest’s Millenáris Park on the website of one of Ireland’s oldest and most-read newspapers, Fionn Davenport says that you can “eat well in the Hungarian capital no matter what time of year you visit”.

His summer-themed column includes a list of the capital’s five best restaurants, which include the Aranyszarvas at the bottom of the Castle Hill, the homely, Michelin-starred Borkonyha Wine Kitchen, the traditional Hungarian restaurant Kárpátia, Kisbuda Gyöngye in Buda’s District III and the popular family-owned Rosenstein Jewish eatery.
