Porsche Hungaria, the importer of Volkswagen vehicles, will begin recalling models affected in the Volkswagen emissions scandal in January, CEO János Eppel said yesterday. An estimated 34,000 cars 5-6 years old with diesel engines are affected in Hungary, he added. Porsche Hungaria is in the midst of contacting car owners and is planning to complete the repair of all vehicles within one year. The procedure will take one hour and will be free of charge.
