As a social organization it provides not only services that deliver basic help like for example food to children in need but also promotes heavily initiatives that make sure that children get proper education and access to arts so that they can develop a self-determined and livable life.

Apart from other social as well as club-internal leisure activities the All Nations Lions Club Budapest delivers regularly active and hands-on support for a food distribution program in Zsámbék, a town close to Budapest, which focuses on making sure that poor families get proper food.

The program is run by a community of Norbertine Sisters in Zsámbék.
