Costes Downtown Budapest Restaurant Receives Michelin Star
Costes DownTown has become the fifth Budapest restaurant to win a Michelin star in the gourmand guide’s latest edition. The eatery opened last June in the Prestige Hotel Budapest on Vigyázó Ferenc utca in the Fifth District. The winning chefs are Petra Tischler and Tiago Sabarigo.

Hungary’s first Michelin star was awarded to the Costes restaurant on Ráday utca in 2010, followed by the Onyx on Vörösmarty tér in 2011, Borkonyha in downtown Budapest in 2014 and Tanti in the 12th District last year.
