Budapest Water Hydrants Get Drinking Nozzles

Drinking nozzles were mounted on 43 hydrants on the streets of Budapest, Judit Soltész, who is one of the adapter’s inventors, said. Initially the blue adapters have been installed in the city centre around Deák tér.
The hydrants use tap water thus drinking it is safe, she added.
This year outer districts in Budapest and the cities of Pécs, Zalaegerszeg and Oroszlány will also be receiving the nozzles.
