Bakáts Fest, Budapest Ferencváros Cultural Festival will be held between 25-28 August this year.

18.00: Talamba Percussion Orchestra – Tour De Drums

One of the world’s best percussion orchestras – From Africa to Hungarian folk music – An unparalleled concert experience.

20.00: Máne (Hungarian State Folk Ensemble) – Transcarpathia conjured up, This side of the Pass, and beyond
Traditional music and dance of the peoples living in Transcarpathia performed by Hungary’s leading folk dance ensemble.

18.00: András Berecz
Tales, jokes, piquant stories – from Hungary’s favourite storyteller.
20.00: Söndörgő
One of Europe’s most popular Hungarian virtuoso folk bands with a repertoire from the Western Balkans.

28 August 2016 (Sunday)

20.00: „Opera Gala”

Popular pieces from the operas of Puccini, Rossini, Verdi and Saint-Saëns, featuring the outstanding soloists of the Hungarian State Opera House.

Ticket Sales Information:

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office of the Ferencváros Culture Centre.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: from 08.00 to 16.00, Thursday: from 08.00 to 18.00. Tickets are also available in most ticket offices and in the national network of Interticket.
Seats are not allocated. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme.

Ticket prices:
For concerts beginning at 20.00:
DAILY TICKET for the programmes of the Main Stage: HUF 2,000
FOUR-DAY PASS: HUF 6,000

The rest of the programmes can be visited free of charge during the festival.
The ticket includes a 10% discount at the bars and restaurants in Ráday utca carrying the „Bakáts Feszt” logo during the festival.
