Euronics Opens 64th Store In Hungary
Electronics retailer Euronics opened its 64th store in Hungary, according to a press release issued today. The 1,500 square-meter store opened in Dunakeszi’s Tópart retail park, in the close vicinity of Budapest.

Offering more than 15,000 products in 2,475 categories, the new store is providing jobs for a staff of 21.

At the opening ceremony, CEO Róbert Fajcsi talked about upcoming renovations and another new opening by the end of the year. “This year we are going to renovate 20 of our stores … in September we are opening a new store in Szolnok,” the CEO said.

The company has been present in the country for 27 years. The initial staff of six has expanded today to almost 1,000 nationwide.
