Children’s Day, Budapest City Park, 27 – 28 May
It’s time for Children’s Day again at the Budapest City Park organised by International Children’s Safety Service.

This year Children’s Day will be the 27th time when International Children’s Safety Service and the Municipality of Budapest are waiting the little ones and big ones for the free, two-day event at the City Park.

The program is organised each year since 1990, this year the 27th and 28th of May are the days when everyone can enjoy himself at the City Park, so save the date!

ICSS – as a nonprofit charity organisation – finds it important that children and their families living under poor financial conditions can also participate in cultural, high quality programs without paying an entry fee. For many of them this is the only time in the year when they have a chance for enjoying this kind of cultural programs.

Last year nearly 400.000 children and adult visited the event – to the delight of the organisers. This week-end we will have a wonderful weather so son’t hesitate and come and join us at the City Park.

Among the performers will be Gabi Gubás, the artists of the Hungarian State Opera House, the By The Way boyband, Andrea Malek, the singers of Budapest Operetta-Theater but there will be T-shirt painting, face painting, a trampoline, therapeutic riding show and many embassies will present its culture and cuisine as well.

If that would be not enough, there will be a football cup, free pediatric dentistry, a strongman show and the Hungarian Defense Force will bring a tank and an armored fighting vehicle to the City Park.

Let’s meet this Saturday and Sunday at the City Park.
