'Transmedia Party #ElektroKagura', Trafó, 10 October
Be aware of what we are offering to the space and people, how we affect each other. Party at the intersection of the Japanese mythology, butoh, contemporary dance, electro music and digital painting!

As a teaser party of their performance that will take place on the 12th October in Bakelit Multi Art Center they invite you to sense their world of art which embraces improvisation on different artistic levels: dance, music and digital painting at the same time. The performance entitled Ikutani San is a modern version of the religious dance Kagura, where the shrine maiden let the spirits and gods express themselves through her body language.

Mixing different influences like Butoh, contemporary dance and improvisation, the female dancer Ichi Go will translate the wrath of Susanoo, the sadness of Amaterasu and the hopes of Amanouzume, famous figures of the Shinto's Pantheon.
Surrounded by the projections of Yukihiro Ikutani and the electronic music of AXL OTL, the audience will experience the rebirth of an ancient and distant belief.

The teaser party offers you a foretaste for a more intense encounter with the Japanese mythology by the co-work of AXL OTL elektro musician, Yukihiro Ikutani video designer, and Ichi Go performing artist.
