Life1 Fitness Takes Over Rival

Life1 fitness, which has three gyms, has taken over the operation of Gilda Max, which has six fitness clubs, Portfolio learnt. Financing was provided by the owners; Central Europe’s leading property developer Futureal and venture capital Finext Startup, Portfolio added.
Life1 plans to open new clubs in Budapest and in major towns with the aim of “becoming the leading fitness club in the country.”
