Buda Hotel To Be Demolished
The empty Hotel Olimpia building in the Buda hills will be demolished and replaced by a park, the 12th District in Budapest has announced.

The hotel built in 1972 was frequented by athletes and several films have been shot there.

The confiscation of the area and the hotel was completed on January 30.

With the demolition, reconstruction of the area at Normafa has begun, said district mayor Zoltán Pokorni.
