Award-Winning Pics @ Press Photo Exhibition
Until 19 May. The best Hungarian press photography from 2017 is now on show at the Capa Center. Organized by the National Association of Hungarian Journalists (MÚOSZ), this exhibition has been a celebration of Hungarian press photographers and photography for over three decades, and a part of the Budapest Spring Festival for many years.

The exhibition selects from the entries submitted to the 36th Hungarian Press Photography Competition, which is organized by the Press Photography Section of MÚOSZ.

Most of the contestants are Hungarian photographers, whether they live in Hungary or elsewhere, but as in previous years, the competition is open to all.

The works on view are award-winning individual photos (news items) and series (reportage), made in 2017 and submitted in a total of fourteen categories.
