Tainted Cumin Products Found

Nébih has found cumin product tainted with poisonous seeds of jimsonweed (also known as devil’s snare) the food safety authority announced on Thursday.
So far, three businesses are known to have distributed the tainted products: Chili Product Fűszerkereskedelmi from Szeged, Antal Markovics in Pécs and Aroma Trans Europe.
Toxic dried and ground cumin products were also distributed to restaurants and other companies.
Eating jimsonweed seeds causes immediate symptoms.
