Opposition Együtt Party Disbands
The Együtt (Together) party has decided to call it a day, Péter Juhász, the party’s leader, said on Facebook on Saturday.

“Együtt ... has come to an end today,” Juhász said, adding that the decision was based on a consensus reached by the party’s board.

The left-liberal party failed to reach 1% in the April 8 general election and it must pay back 150 million forints (EUR 470,000) in state support for its campaign. A large part of the repayment will be possible in the next few days thanks to private donations, he said.
