'25 Years, 25 Days, 25 Events' To Celebrate National Cultural Fund
Between 23 September and 18 October 2018, the National Cultural Fund will be presenting a programme subtitled 25 Years, 25 Days, 25 Events to celebrate the 25th birthday of the institution that has perhaps played a more important role in Hungary's cultural financing than any other since the regime change.

The opening gala will present the diversity of genres for which the NCF is known, with a programme featuring one prominent representative from each of the areas of the performing arts that the institution supports who received backing in 1994, the organisation's first year of existence.

We'll also be inviting a different young talent from the current crop of applicants to join each of them. Together, the two of them will represent their given branch of the arts with a production created specifically for this occasion - thus illustrating the spirit of both continuity and renewal that characterises the NCF.
