New National Gallery Budapest Permit Revoked
The Public Administration Court has revoked the construction permit for the New National Gallery to be built in the City Park, and instructed the Fifth District office to conduct new proceedings, the NGO Civil Zugló Egyesület wrote on its Facebook page on Tuesday.

The court said the office had denied the NGO its right to look at the planning documents last summer.

The construction permit for the Museum of Ethnography under construction in City Park was revoked in November, for similar reasons.

Project management company Városliget said the court’s decision does not affect the professional content of the investment, nor will it cause any delay in the implementation of the project.
