Celebrating BISB’s increasingly diverse community, the event embraced the international world of James Bond as its theme. 

Her Majesty's Ambassador to Hungary Iain Lindsay OBE and Mrs Lindsay attended as the special guests-of-honour of Richard Dyer, the Principal of The British International School, Budapest.


A total of 150 guests were treated to a Casino Royale, the enchanting sounds of internationally popular 'Just Showband' and an extra special menu with cocktails inspired by 007.



An exciting auction and raffle, combined with sponsor support and ticket sales, delivered nearly 4 million forints to support BISB PTA’s charitable goals.


This was the 4th year the BISB PTA has organised a Benefit Gala, and by now it has become a mainstay of the Spring social season for the international community in Budapest.


Among the most notable sponsors were Wallis Automotive Europe, FirstMed, and the Corinthia Hotel.
