New Proceedings Launched Against Wizz Air Over Customer Complaints
The municipal government office of Budapest has launched proceedings against low-cost airline Wizz Air over a number of recent customer complaints, the justice ministry said in a statement on Monday.

Passengers have approached the customer protection authority for Wizz Air’s failure to provide information concerning delays and cancellation of flights.

They complained about the company’s neglecting to ensure accommodation or rebooking in such cases.

Also the company has also failed to answer complaints within 30 days and imposes a surcharge on customer calls, the statement said.
