School Boards Cut Off Phone Access in Hungary
The telephone numbers of all Budapest school boards have disappeared from the website of umbrella organisation the Klebelsberg Centre, and the offices can only be reached by e-mail.

“Unfortunately, due to the prank campaigns and lies of the opposition media and political actors, the school board centres in the capital receive hundreds of insulting and threatening phone calls. This is why we have temporarily taken down the phone numbers, in order for our colleagues to be able to perform their duties”, the Klebelsberg Centre wrote in reply to HVG’s queries.

The centre said that they only respond to e-mails.
