Budapest Bike-Sharing Scheme Expanded
MOL has enlarged its bike-sharing service by adding seven new docking stations in Budapest’s Third District, including one on Szent¬lélek tér next to a HÉV suburban rail station.

MOL currently operates 190 docking stations with 2,260 bikes in the city,

Tamás Czikora, head of mobility at the MOL group, said the number of trips exceeded 3.6 million between January and mid-March.

Budapest mayor Gergely Karácsony called the service a genuine success story.

MOL set up its bike-sharing business nine years ago.
