Role Title: Project Coordinator

Role Description:
The role is supporting two people:
1) Executive Director - Emerging Europe; and
2) Principal Consultant - Private Practice - Emerging Europe.

Both are American therefore Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work with two key business leaders and will be fully involved in their business activities, including work of a highly confidential, sensitive nature.

The role is a full-time position starting immediately. For candidates returning to school in the fall, it may be possible to continue in a paid, part-time role in September.

Using judgment, initiative and diplomacy, you will provide support on special projects in Emerging Europe. You will occasionally need to provide day-to-day support (calendar management, emails and telephone calls). You will assist the Directors to prioritize both short-term and long-term projects.

On a project basis, you will works on independent projects which contribute to the business processes. This could be assisting directly with recruitment of lawyers and dealing with clients and candidates. It could also be internal projects related to database implementation, best practices, organizing conferences, marketing, etc.

Functional Knowledge:
The role holder will need to have strong research, people, and problem solving skills, in order to be able to undertake this assistant role independently.

The role holder should have a sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You should possess strong literacy and numeric skills and be of graduate caliber.

Business Impact:
The role has an indirect impact on the business by providing services/advice on matters that assist these two Directors in effectively performing their role or in making decisions.
