We are seeking a goal oriented, motivated, self-starter with a desire to establish a career in human resources and International assignment management. The Relocation Coordinator is a key member of the staffing team supporting a geographically diverse customer base and working within an very diverse team. The Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative functions of the relocation lifecycle including: communicating with our international clients and their multinational staff, coordinate housing search, negotiations with landlords and ultimate handover of rental properties, immigration document management and permit expiration tracking, ensuring that candidates have met all pre-employment requirements and that all documentation remains valid during entire assignment. The Relocation Coordinator will also include report preparation using in-house reporting and management systems. The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position: A University degree or direct experience in International Assignment management. A focused commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills coupled with the demonstrated ability to exercise diplomacy and professional judgment. Superior multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills are vital. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a variety of projects with interdisciplinary teams is a must.
