The Budapest Black Knights are looking for experienced American Football Players for team which competes in the MAFL Division 1. Coaching is in both English and Hungarian, and the team has always had players who only speak English. Free meditation classes for the English speaking community in Budapest

Members of the international community in Budapest with years of experience in meditation and Sahaja Yoga are holding free meditation workshops on every Tuesday, 7:30 PM.

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called
Self Realization (Kundalini awakening)

Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

Self-Realization is the key to self-knowledge, and occurs when a dormant energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine is awakened and travels through the subtle energy centres (chakras) within the body. When it pierces the fontanelle bone area at the top of the head, it results in a cool breeze flowing out of the top of the head and on the hands. This experience triggers a unique sensitivity on the nervous system by which one becomes aware of the state of the chakras within the subtle body. Through this awareness, one is able to bypass the constant bombardment of thoughts in the brain and bring themselves into a state of meditation and emotional and spiritual balance. One feels very relaxed, and experiences a very peaceful meditative state known as thoughtless awareness.

Classes will give a clear explanation of Kundalini, The Energy Centres, and their connection to the nervous system.
The workshops will involve simple guided meditation to awaken the kundalini energy and to show how to cleanse these energy centres yourself.
In this way you are able to keep yourself in a balanced state.
