Mind, Body & Soul Retreat

A weekend retreat focused on total wellbeing in the tranquil Hungarian countryside near Tihany, 6km from Lake Balaton.

Package includes:
- accommodation (in a charming, stone-built country house surrounded by gardens in a traditional Hungarian village)
- transportation from Budapest and back
- vegetarian meals made from wholesome, local produce
- all sessions
- an excursion

Morning and evening sessions will be led by Body & Mind Coach, Patrícia Párvy and will include:
- Body ART (a combination of yoga and oriental techniques designed for body shaping and mental balance)
- breathing techniques
- guided meditation

Afternoons will be spent exploring the local area. The retreat will be delivered entirely in English.

Date: October 30-November 1 (national holiday)
