Subsidies To Two Theatres Cut Off In Budapest
"The National Resources Ministry is cutting off subsidies to Budapest’s Kamaraszínház and Játékszín theatres next year to save Ft 477 million, it was revealed on Wednesday. Kamaraszínház director Miklós Szűcs said the theatre will not be able to pay salaries in January if the ministry does not transfer funds. He said he will write to minister Miklós Réthelyi to ask for an answer. more »
