"British Chamber of Commerce members paid HUF 20,000 +VAT to enter a team, and non-members HUF 25,000 +VAT, for the quiz plus drinks and a buffet dinner. This year the event had two sessions:
· Session 1: “Fingers on the buzzers” – 10 sponsored rounds containing 15 questions per round (taken randomly from categories) - total 150 questions
· Session 2: interactive part, the best 3 teams of 30 teams can persuade the judges about their brilliant professional and personal skills in different games and situations performed on stage."

"The Caledonia bar hosted a St. Andrew's Day celebration on Thursday, November 30th, in the traditional Scottish way: by throwing a fantastic party.
Some of the evening's highlights were a bagpipe musician, a live Celtic band, a party magician, plus an assortment of Scottish "stovies" including some haggis, plenty of fine whisky and beer, and a great mix of international company.

"Talented local fashion designer, red head Tóth Bori, presented her new 'Princess Collection' at the beautiful Kiscelli Museum on 28th November 2006 thanks to sponsorship from Orco Property Group, B&O and others.
Besides the fantastic haute couture collection guests also enjoyed quality wines, cigars and a wide range of sushi served after the fashion show. The walls of the temple venue were alight with images of all main sponsors in golden frames, including Avenue Gardens’.

150 guests enjoyed Scottish culture at its best on Saturday 25 November, including The Shott and Dykehead Caledonia Pipe Band, many times 'world champions' who came over from Scotland with 4 drummers and 3 pipers thanks to Tesco.
Hotel Chef Laurent served up a sumptuous Scottish menu:
* Ballotine of salmon marinated with whisky, crab and fresh herbs cream,
* Cullen skink smoked haddock soup with mussels,
