'International Day', Britannica International School Budapest, 16 October 2009

International Day is a special event in the BIS calendar. It is a day that brings parents, students and teachers together. Classes and groups present activities representing various countries around the globe. They are encouraged to make a presentation by reciting a poem, by dressing up in their native costumes or performing a short play.

Many mums (and dads!) prepare delicious food from their countries so that everyone can have a taste. It is a fun-filled day with activities, camaraderie, conviviality, and great food. Photos by Tímea Jaksa
