INDIAN cuisine is thriving in Budapest with a growing number of choices in restaurants specializing in the food.
A love for spicy exotic flavors and curiosity drew me to the hidden Taj Mahal, where I was so impressed by the explicitly warm service, tasty dishes, and exotic atmosphere, that I returned with friends a week later. It is certainly not the most elegant Indian restaurant, but refreshingly offers some of the best service I have experienced in Budapest.
