The Equal Opportunities Ministry has decided to allocate Roma scholarships itself, withdrawing the right from the Hungarian Roma Foundation Macika in this matter. The chairman of Macika has protested. The ministry announced earlier that it has postponed the transfer of Ft 640 million to the foundation to cover the scholarships until 2006.
