Gold?s Gym offers a large cardio-vascular training area, a comprehensive fixed and free weights , a dedicated Fitness Bike studio and Gold's Group exercise studios offering an exciting variety of exercise options to keep you engaged, motivated and achieving your personal fitness goals.

Membership includes all Gold's Group exercise classes ranging from Power Yoga and BodyArt to Fitness Bike and Hot Iron taught by an excellent team of exciting presenters.

Additional 'wellness' facilties including Sauna, Steam room, Sun-Terraces, outdoor Jacuzzi and Massage offer a holistic balance to improving your health.

The majority of the reception and fitness team have English as a second language. Floor trainers are always present on the gym floor and membership includes a medical screening (with partner, First Medical) and an initial fitness consultation.
