The Intimate Exercise

The Intimate Exercise (or Intim Torna in Hungarian) is a series of movements that strengthen the pelvic floor. Usually from aging or pregnancy, these muscles lose their strength leading to several disorders including incontinence. We offer a free class with specific exercises for therapy and recovery of pelvic tone.
