"I have been in Budapest for the past 6 months, after 2 years in Rome. I was born in Wimbledon and lived in London until I was 20. My passion for food and hospitality has been with me for as long as I can remember. Probably instinctively taken from my dad, he is Moroccan and insists on asking you what you would like for dinner before you have finished lunch! My mum is English and also a food lover. 1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
I arrived in April this year to take up a position in Le Meridien Hotel

I have previously lived in Paris, Florence and Rome
3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
The sunny climate! I was expecting the girls J
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend--what must they absolutely see and do?
Check out the view from the top of Szent Istvan`s Basilica, take a swim in the Szechenyi Baths and enjoy an evening stroll on the riverside and castle district

8. What do you miss the most from home?
Don?t really consider anywhere to be home, I was in Italy for the past two years and what I miss most is the pasta!

Ischia ? beautiful island off the coast of Naples

I loved Nightrider, Michael Knight and Kit could keep me entertained for hours!

Night, sometimes morning if I am still up!

I like both but if I had to choose definitely dog. We used to have two rottweilers!
19. Buda side or Pest side?
Pest for the night life, Buda for the great views and nature
