1. What’s been happening at work and at home since your first Xpat Interview?

Many things, among others, this year we are celebrating the 40 Anniversary of the reestablishment of the relations between Mexico and Hungary. In fact most of the cultural events of this year have been focusing on that. In another way both countries have increased their contacts in the economic and political fields.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10 how happy are you with your life in Hungary, and why?
9 because the only problem is that like in all the world, the climate is crazy.

3. What’s the best party you’ve been to while in Hungary, and why?
2. I like much more the Hungarian parties outside of Budapest because there are more like in the old times.

4. What’s your favourite drink?
Orange-lemonade

5. What hidden talents do you have?
Is not for me to say

6. What was the most interesting travel trip you have ever taken?
I love to travel, but I rarely can for holidays. I prefer historical sites. Last month we went to Toledo in Spain, it is and incredible city.

7. If you were given a wish that could come true, what would you ask for?
To have my son with me, he lives in Mexico.

8. What’s the last book you read, and movie you watched?
The last book I read is Hidden Camera from the Serbian author Zoran Zivkovic. I love to watch movies and series. The last is ISABEL, the life of the Queen of Castile.

9. If someone wrote a biography about you, what would the title be?
A woman very much in love with Mexico.

10. What is the perfect pizza toppings combination for you?
Good sauce, cheese, jam, pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, olives and hot pepper.

11. If you could trade places with any other person for a week, real or fictional, with whom would it be?
With a journalist who covers Africa.

12. On a scale of 1 to 10 how unusual are you, and why?
I feel I am a simple person who loves her family and job.

13. What’s the best website you’ve ever visited, and why?
The webpage of my Embassy because it has many interesting things, try it!

14. Who do you admire the most, and why?
Pope Francis because he is a unique person.

15. What do you like best and least about living in Hungary?
The best is that I feel at home and the least, the worst is sometimes the weather.

16. What has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
The love of my husband who allows me to continue with my carrier and gives me total support.

17. If you won USD 30 million, what would you do with the money?
First, I will put it in the Bank, and then, I will decide how to distribute it.

18. If your life had a theme song, what would it be?
The Impossible Dream of The man of la Mancha (youtube.com for reference)

19. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
Mexico

20. In ten years from now what will you be doing?
I will be retired in my home in Mexico, doing things which I don’t have time to do now.
