Alexander Alec Dean was born in Austin, Texas in 1971. He was raised in Houston, Texas where he attended St. Johns School (besides being an excellent prep school, it was the set location and subject of graduate Wes Andersons film, Rushmore). In 1948 Peter Zwack was forced to leave Hungary by the advent of Communism, leaving behind the Unicum factory which had been completely rebuilt after the devastation of the War.
