What’s been happening at work and at home since your first Xpat Interview?

We became more famous and busier, the menu has been restructured with more refined dishes, My Team quite well experienced which allows me to focus more on the quality and creation of the new dishes.
At home: Since the last interview my beautiful daughter was born, who is already 1,5 yrs old and makes our life more joyful.

What will be your greatest challenges in the next 6 months?
Mainly I am not thinking about challenges, try to keep myself positive as always, however I want the Buddha Bar restaurant be more popular and full every day.

How do you relax?
I could not imagine more relaxing time than playing with my daughter, i love spending my day off with her and watching how she is playing, sometimes i enjoy smoking shisha or watching football
During spring and summer I like gardening in my own garden at home, i feel all my stress and nervouse is out when i am working with vegetbles and flowers

What hidden talents do you have?
I believe I have great skills in sales and marking, I know how to sell my food and how to keep my clients happy, others say I am good in PR so if I wouldn’t be a chef for sure I will choose to have jobs related to sales

What was the most interesting travel trip you have ever taken?
I had the chance to travel many interesting places around the world; however the biggest influence on me was a trip to India with its culture and flavours.

What’s your most treasured possession?
First of all my family, then my job

Which characteristics in yourself do you like most and least?
I like to work with passion and sense, always I say love what to do or change your job, in my opinion that’s the key to be a good Chef

What’s the last book you read, and movie you watched?
I dont like reading books ,i read news papers ,internet .and to be honest since long time I did not have time go to cinema for watching movie.

If someone wrote a biography about you, what would the title be?
The man who never stop running

What is the perfect pizza toppings combination for you?
The best combination for me is a seafood pizza with some basil, garlic and chilli.

What was the luckiest moment in your life so far?
I believe am a lucky person, having nice family, great friends, enjoying my job, like being here in Hungary. What else someone could wish from life.

What’s the best website you’ve ever visited, and why?
I am pretty much interested in sports and politics, mainly I read websites related to these topics, i like websites which is related to Food such as chefs talk, Best Food magazine

What do you like best and least about living in Hungary?
Simply I am big fun of Hungary, I love the summer here, I like the nature, the food, spas, Lake Balaton.

If you won USD 30 million, what would you do with the money?
I would never imagine in my life to win this amount, definitely I would support my family back home, there are many poor people living in my country.
After I would open my own restaurant in Budapest.

What’s the best party you’ve been to in Hungary, and why?
I am not really a party person, I prefer summer BBQ parties, going out with my friends for shisha. Recently I have attended on Havasi concert which was very memorable for me.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
Most probably in Dubai.
