I was born in 1972 in Prague, studied geochemistry, but turned to business very fast. After several years working in marketing for different multinationals based in Czech Republic, I first time moved in 2003 to Moscow.
Year later I got opportunity to build new branch office of Walmark, Czech producer of food supplements, in Lithuania. I moved in June to Hungary as the Managing Director of the same company.
I have always been into sports, for some years now I am loyal to squash and skydiving.
1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
I arrived in June 2008 with Walmark, the food supplement producer, taking over management of the local subsidiary established several years ago. I was looking for new professional challenge and so far my expectations are more than fulfilled - the challenge is really big :-)
2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
Yes, I worked and lived in Moscow, Russia and in Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia).
3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
Nowadays the "Lithuanian" summer - rainy and cold :-)
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Visit of some city spa, run around Margaret island, walk around castle in the midnight, have fun in the Lunapark.
5. What is your favorite Hungarian food?
Nescafe :-)
6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
A space :-)

8. What do you miss the most from home?
Mountains
9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
Airplane pilot or Marketing director of film making company

Kenya, walking with Masai people and driving in National parks

Probably Greek islands or another mid African country
