"Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has completed the leasing transaction on behalf of a major financial service provider in Arena Corner Office Center, Raiffeisen's latest "A" class office development in Budapest.The company shall lease close to 3,000 sqm office space in the complex. The shared services center of the financial company employing 230 people will move into the new offices during the summer. Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) represented the lessee in the transaction.
